Frequently Asked Questions

 Can I place an order by phone? Yes, orders can be placed by phone by calling (715) 403-0275 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. (7:00 am-3:00 pm PST; 10:00 am-6:00 pm EST). Local customers who prefer to pick up their orders at the store can place an order by phone or via website. You will receive a call back for pick-up when your order is ready. Non-local customers can also order by phone but will not be able to see order history when viewing your account online.

What methods of payment does Herb Time Plus accept? For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Orders by phone can be made with Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Local customers picking up their orders can pay with cash, check, credit or debit card.

Will I be charged sales tax? Only Wisconsin customers will be charged sales tax for their orders online, in store, or by phone.

How do I track my order online? Once you set up an account on our "Customer Service" page you can track your orders online by entering your email address or confirmation number which you will receive by email. You will also be able to view your order history at any time once you have signed in. Customers who do not have an account or do not provide an email address will not be able to track their orders.

Which shipper do you recommend I select? When you place your order you will be able to select UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority mail services if that feature is enabled. We recommend using the shipper of your choice. Choosing USPS priority mail may get your package to you faster, but is not insured. UPS and FedEx packages are insured up to $100, but may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

What if my order arrives damaged? We try to pack your items in such a way to ensure they are well protected. However, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection. If you receive a shipment from a carrier that has visible external damage, we recommend you either refuse the package on that basis or open it in their presence for inspection. In the event of damage please contact us the day your order arrives and your items will be replaced at no additional cost once we receive them back.

Do you accept returns? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or damaged by the customer. We are unable to accept returns on special orders, sales items, or close-out items. If you have a product you feel you need to return for another reason, please contact us within three days of receiving your items to discuss the reason for your return. All returns will be at the expense of the customer, unless due to shipping damage verified by the carrier.   

When can I expect my order to ship? Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours, but we ask that you allow up to 72 hours as all orders are shipped out in the order they are received.

Can I order items not listed on your website? Yes, this is what we call a "Special Order". Some special orders have a size limit or quantity limit. Bulk herbs can be ordered in minimum quantities of 1lb, and capsulated herbs or bottled formulas in quantities of three's.
